Chapter 32

   For Melissa, the ride happens to be as silent as a graveyard. The only thing they kept going was to stare at each other and look away before the other would look.

   "You know I worth nothing" Melissa blurted out.

   The small frown on Williams's face wasn't what Melissa had expected. Although, he had never laid his hands on her but with the look on his face, it seems like Williams was trying his best not to slam her head against the window.

   With what sounded like a throaty grumble, Williams turned back his attention to the back of the driver's head. He knew better than to exchange words with his wife when he obviously have a reason for every action he takes.

    "You know I can call the cobs and run away," Melissa said again.
