Mari and Elena are called by Allan to show their gratitude to all the guests who had supported the competition that just ended. They don't know if all the guests present were the ones who voted for their dishes or not.

During the time that the dining area was getting a little noisy, one female server went inside the kitchen. She was the one who was asked by chef Gino to fetch Lucas from the kitchen. Dr. Joey just finished explaining to Mari his observation and told Dr.Brown that he will need to go back to work since he is being paged by someone in his department. Mari's mental health was not that severe or worst, she did show little signs of trauma but that is understandable. Dr. Joey can only base his conclusion as he had heard everything from Mari, a trauma won't easily be detected by anyone or even the person himself/herself who is experiencing it.
