Without You

It's been two weeks since Theo took off and left me all alone and abandoned right at the worst time, when I realized I'm in love with him and his wolf said such beautiful things to me. But putting aside how dramatic I've been about how much I miss him, everything is going fine.

Violet and Nate have been taking turns teaching me how to drive Theo's car and although at first it was extremely difficult to control a sports car, now at least I can drive to the boys' school and back.

Every time I’m around old Hughmount and I get out of the car, people who know me are completely confused, like right now. Things have changed quite a bit for me, so I get it. I'm driving this car that's worth more than the whole school and wearing nice, new clothes for the first time in five years.

"Hey, girl... what's been going on with you lately?" Amanda asks while we (the moms) are standing outside of the classroom, waiting for the classes to end.
