Tala walked over to him quick, then turned around "Uncuff me"

"You are not to touch your hands" he said and Tala felt him pat her head.

"Why did you do that?"

"No reason" Hector said and undid the cuffs, she turned to him and attempted to reach for the tape around her left hand, she couldn't.

"What the–?" She tried again, her two hands won't meet "Not to touch my hands hey?" She asked and leered at him.
