The strange scent confused them, it made the scent of Beta Kyle slowly disappear. “Let's go there, be ready for anything that tries attacking you, and never relent when retaliating. CHAPTER 98Author's POV. Alpha Trent's eyes bulged as he heard his name from Dylan. He practically couldn't move for a minute, and even held his breath. “Trent, you're alive” Dylan said, there was surprise and anger in his voice. CHAPTER 99.Author's POV. “Eva” Alpha Trent called, he became alert and his senses more awakened than ever. “Hm” “Someone followed you here” Alpha Trent said, and he suddenly grasped Eva's waist and dodged the unexpected attack of an Ash coloured wolf. Alpha Trent and Eva rolled on the floor. They looked at the wolf and Alpha Trent recognized it, as Dylan's. He was present when Dylan had his first shift, and that was the exact colour of his wolf. CHAPTER 100.Author's POV. The blood stained knife dropped from his hand and he stared at her bleeding corpse on the floor. He discovered that he had betrayed him the instant he saw Alpha Trent in Doctor Romeo's house. He didn't need a soothsayer to tell him the truth that was right in his face all along. Not only that, but he thought the woman loved him, she was the only one who showed him affection and supported him, but she joined those traitors. She deserved the same ending as them. A tragic ending for all those who had hurt him. Her end was unavoidable. Dylan inhaled deeply and gasped a little, he shouldn't regret killing her. He would rather focus on destroying the rest of his foes.
