Mr. Gareth emerges from the kitchen, his surprise evident on his face. "What are you doing here?" he asks.

I take a deep breath and reply, "I'm here to work, Mr. Gareth."

He looks at me skeptically, but then nods and says, "Alright then. Start by taking orders."

I grab a notepad and pen and begin
