Chapter thirty

All the way there, Cassandra and Eloise talked, sang to the radio, laughed, and talked some more. Cassandra could feel that old familiar feeling of butterflies return to her stomach as they grew closer and closer to the city where Blue Moon was playing. They drove right past the venue on the way to the hotel, and Cassandra caught a glimpse of Blue Moon's tour bus. She felt her pulse quicken, and her stomach leaped into her chest as if she had just flown down the hill of an amusement park thrill ride.
