Kiel huffed as he went out of the bathroom of his hotel room in San Ildefonso. It was where he was staying at for the past few days since he arrived there. As much as he wanted to stay at Lauren’s house para mabantayan niya sana ito nang husto, he knew he couldn’t push his luck. His wife is too moody these days. One second she’s overly sweet, next thing he knew, she’s already throwing him out of her house. Gaya na lang kaninang umaga.

Well, he did lose his cool when he saw Tyler again getting all too close with his wife. At mag-aayos pa raw ng nursery para sa anak niya. How the damn fck will he not make a scene? He felt just like a useless sperm donor and not a father to their unborn child. He did say things—inappropriate things. But can’t Lauren just consider his emotions?

‘She’s pregnant. Her emotions will always be all over the place. How can he care for your emotions too?' anang isang bahagi ng isip niya.
