Chapter Fifty Five- Dinner Cruise Gone Wrong

“Shit!” Cassie cursed, tossing over the fifth dress she had worn. That was one of her greatest flaws, inability to make a good choice when it involved dates, parties, clubs and everything else she wasn't used to.

Out of nowhere, the doorbell rang.

“Oh my God! He's here.” She picked up the one of the dresses she had tossed away earlier, wore it and scrambled to the door.

“Can you give me five minutes? I'm almost ready.” She was about to slam the door when the delivery guy held back.

“I'm here to deliver a package.”

“What package?”

“Here, check for yourself.” He stretched it to her and she stared at him intently before receiving it.

“Thanks. Who is this coming from?”

“I'll take my leave now.” He bowed and turned away.

She sighed and hurried off to check what was in it.

She definitely knew who the package was coming from and all she could think of was flowers.

Out of curiosity, she tore it apart and a blue, shiny, silk dress caught her attention.
