Soft rays of aun sip into the bedroom through small spaces in between the blinds and fall softly on my face, my eyes flutter open and I try to move but become cautious of a gentle weight on my lower abdomen.

My eyes trail down and I find Elliott's arm cradling me in a warm embrace, I try not to move too much as I look over my shoulder to get a glimpse of him. His eyes were closed and his breathing which fell lightly on my face was steady.
