"I'm sorry to hear about the thing of Mrs. Eleanor. Isabella, you have to cheer yourself up." Olivia comforted.

Isabella looked at her, forcing a smile that seemed a bit strained. "I know. Don't worry; I'm not as fragile as you might think."

Observing her pale face but bright and determined eyes, Olivia nodded reassuringly and asked, "When can you start working? If you need some time to adjust, I can give you a month off."

Isabella shook her head, refusing, "Anytime is fine. I don't need a break."

Right now, she feared being alone and quiet. Having something to do would keep her from overthinking, preventing grief from overwhelming her when she finally became still.

"What about the new movie? Do I still have a chance?" Isabella asked.

She had left before the audition, and regardless of the reasons, in the eyes of the director, Davis, it was an irresponsible act.

Olivia sighed and shook her head, "There was some room initially, but rumors about you and Caleb somehow reached Davis's ear
