I’m sorry for calling but I need to run something by you quickly…” Dakota murmurs down the phone as she averts her eyes from us suspiciously; her hesitant words quaver slightly as she heads for the door, unable to hide her concern as she leaves the room in haste with her brother following her trail.
“Uh, given the way she just said that this doesn’t sound good,” Ash sighs disheartened as the door closes behind the siblings.
“I want to know who the hell this Sabine is. How am I always the last one to know about this stuff in my family?” Raven grunts as she leans against the wall sulkily, crossing her arms in frustration.
