Chapter 19

I walked with tired footsteps.  Molly just watched me from the cage wagging her tail.  I don't know what the dog was thinking about. From the first time, I didn't really care about her.

I opened the door and didn't know what to say to Mom about my cell phone being confiscated by Mrs. Jessy. Oh my God! I hope they will understand. I climbed the stairs one by one and entered the room.  Lie down on the bed.

All right, now what?

'Ting Tung'

Someone ring my doorbell. I stand up and went downstairs.  A girl stand up when I opened the door.

"Hi, how I can help you?"

"Hi. I am Chole from laundromate. Mrs. Whelston tell me to pick up the laundry to her home," she said, handing her a large plastic bag of clean clothes.

"Oh, thanks."

"Anytime. Have a good day."

"You too."

She said 'have a good day', in contrast to my bad heart.  I climbed the stairs with the big plastic bag with great difficulty. &nb
