The In-Laws and The Enemies

We walk together, and finally I saw this huge dining hall. There is a long dinner table that can accommodate twenty-four people easily, and not to mention the lavish décor. Looking around the room in awe.

Aaron was gone. He said that he was going to give me some drinks, and Elm excused himself to pick up some urgent call. Zephyr and I were standing beside the fireplace, just observing people who came in and out, until I hear a woman called me.

“Oh, there you are, dear.” Said luna Amaryllis, an older gentleman accompanied her, and I must say tall as sh*t gentleman, “I would love to introduce Caladium Jaegar.”

“Oh, Aaron’s father?” And also my father-in-law, I am so nervous right now, I could just mustered a huge grin, and shake his hand, “Nice to meet you, sir… I mean, Alpha.”

He nods his head. “You can call me Caladium. We are family now.” Although there’s no smile on his stern face, I feel he was sincere towards me.
