The Origin of Cattleya Hunt (Part 2)
Yozora_HikariCan you guess what kind of mystic blood Cat's mother had? Now, this time, the symbolism for Laelia Laelia : Laelia orchid plants hail from the beautiful regions of Mexico and Brazil. This orchid genus is closely related to the Cattleya orchids. It is not certain what "Laelia" means, but it seems that Lindley gave the genus the name of one of the Vestal Virgins from Greek Mythology, referring to their beauty.
