The following morning; Emmett and Simone head into the office after seeing Stacey at the hospital. She wanted to double check; Simone didn’t have any side effects from the amniocentesis. The baby’s heartbeat still sounded strong and Simone didn’t have bleeding or cramping that could occur.

There was another reason for her appointment. There were early results given to Stacey. They will still have to wait for the official results; however, Stacey gave them an envelope, containing the sex of the baby which could be determined in the first 2-3 days of the amniocentesis.
