Mihir's POV.

The first morning after the wedding.

As I stepped into the room, my gaze immediately fixated on her figure, draped in a saree, her wet hair glistening under the light. I watched, captivated as if seeing her for the first time.

I was looking at her wearing a saree for the first time and it draped her like beauty and elegance personified, and that accentuated her innocence and beauty.

She didn't notice my presence until the sound of my footsteps interrupted the silence and snapped her out of her reverie. Startled, she turned suddenly, her eyes widening in surprise as she realized I was there. At that moment, a few droplets of water from her wet hair landed softly on me as she turned quickly and our eyes met. In that moment, time stood still. I could feel his heart racing, his breath caught in his throat.

Despite my inner turmoil and the weight of the situation, I couldn't deny that she was very beautiful.
