Haley had no idea about Xena’s ordeal and was comfortably nestled in her husband's arms, fast asleep.

Although it was already late at night, Shane was wide awake, gazing at Haley's face without a hint of boredom. No matter how many times he looked at her, he never got tired of it.

In her sleep, Haley shifted slightly, snuggling closer to Shane, which made his heart melt. He leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Goodnight, my Haley," he whispered before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep, holding her tightly.

The next morning, Haley was woken up by her alarm. She quickly slipped out of Shane's arms, ready to start her day. But just as she tried to get out of bed, a strong arm pulled her back. "Sleep a little longer," Shane murmured.

"I can't, today is the design competition. I have to go to the office first and lead the designers to the event," Haley explained.

Shane opened his eyes and kissed her forehead. "Alright. Good luck today, Mrs. Ford."
