Chapter 67: A mother’s mistake

Aria POV

My eyes were swollen due to crying, but I was done with that. I wasn’t just going to sit here and let him decide my fate, I have to find a way to escape. It’s a good thing he didn’t tie my hands.

The window was pretty small and protected with bars. I looked around and saw a chainsaw, I carried it, ignoring the weight it pulled on my hand.

I have to hurry before he returns. I turned it on and cut out the bars around the window, cutting myself in the process. I tore a part of my dress and tied it around the wound.

The window was now free for me to pass through, I pushed myself through the little space till I got out.

I stood up from the floor and dusted my dress, without thinking twice, I ran away from the area, not even knowing where I was going to.

The place looks deserted, no single soul on the road until I saw a car driving towards me, I waved my hands frantically, hoping the driver would stop.
