Chapter 27

Thane didn't usually take me out of the penthouse. Moreover, the destination was a park, a public place that must have many visitors. I was pretty surprised when the car stopped in the parking lot, and Thane told me to get out of the vehicle.

"We're going to play in the park? Aren't you in the wrong place, Thane?" I asked to make sure.

Thane didn't answer my question as usual and continued walking into the park. I had no choice but to follow him. Of course, I was happy he had invited me to this place.

My gaze wandered all over the garden. The place was beautiful, and the plants were neatly organized. Some flowers were grouped according to color, and some stood alone because they had large tree trunks.

I enjoyed the scenery there, but another sight made me wonder. All around us, couples were sitting and walking hand in hand. I guess they were on a date in this park.

Not everyone was in a couple, but many of them were still lovers, alone together and enjoying the beauty of this area.
