Elinor had just said a brief farewell to Thane. They were letting go of their unwillingness to be apart for a few days. Thane kissed Elinor deeply, fondling her and giving her memories before leaving.

"Don't misbehave while I'm gone. If you need anything, just tell Mia. She will fulfill everything." Elinor smiled at Thane's words.

"Take it easy. I'll be fine. It should be you who needs to be careful." Thane smiled and kissed Elinor's forehead.

After Thane left, it was time for Elinor to relax in the penthouse. She sat in the living room, enjoying the quiet and the soft music.

Elinor laid her body down on the sofa, enjoying the solitude with the snacks Mia had prepared on the table. Not only snacks but even drinks and snacks were served to make Elinor feel comfortable with her time.

"Huh... I don't know when was the last time I could be like this?" murmured Elinor as she stuffed food into her mouth.

Now she reached for the book on the table, though her ears were listening to music. E
