Full of risk

Once we settle back down on the blanket, he turns on the TV which has turned on automatically. I sit there in silence and listen to music while Ezra plays with my hair. After a little while, I start to doze off again and eventually fall asleep curled against his warm body.

As I begin to fall asleep, I notice that the sun starts to lower and that it's getting dark out here, along with the moon.

Soon, all the lights inside the lodge disappear as the sun finally sets, leaving only a faint glow of light emanating from the stars.

As much as I enjoy watching the sky, I can't help but think about the fact that tonight might very well be the last night I see it. I turn and bury my face into Ezra's chest before letting sleep take over.
