I had no idea

I searched through my pockets and realized that I didn't have any money on me. That meant I would be able to buy food, but then again we had already bought food yesterday so why would we need more money today?

I didn't understand my family, I honestly didn't understand them. They were always very strict and they treated me like I was an ant that had crawled into their house and started making a mess, but lately I had been thinking that maybe they weren't that bad. Maybe they cared about me a little bit. But I wasn't so sure anymore.

As the tears kept falling down my cheeks I ran outside trying to find something to use as money.

But unfortunately I didn't have anything on me, it seemed like my mother didn't trust me with her money anymore.

I wiped my tears away and looked around for anything else that I could use, but all I saw around me was broken glass and trash bags.

"Come on, think!" I muttered desperately.

Finally I noticed a newspaper lying on the ground near a pile of garbage
