Sudden Appearance

After letting Alex and Phoebe leave at the airport, Becky's heartfelt empty momentarily. She felt so alone and lonely even though there was Nina, who sometimes came to accompany her, and there was a busy life in the office that was always waiting for her to finish.

"Are you going back to the office?" asked Nina when they were in the airport lobby.

"Yeah, I can't take time off yet. I only have half a day off. I'll drop you off near your house so we can take a taxi together," Becky said, trying to sound cheerful.

"Are you okay?" asked Nina, studying Becky's dim eyes. Becky shrugged. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just missed them already..." she said in a choked voice. Nina rubbed her back gently, "They will be great people. You have to let them pick up their dreams, let them fly as high as they can," she said, trying to cheer up her friends, who she considered family.

"Yeah, you're right, I can't get in the way of their dreams. There's a cab. Come on!"
