I lazily sat up, annoyed when Matthew was still not back after thirty minutes. What took him so long? I firmly told him earlier that he shouldn't wander far away because we're new in this place. I forced myself to stand up despite the soreness I felt between my legs and went out of our room. I went outside the house and sat on the bamboo bench under the tree near our home, waiting for him.
