EMILIA POV“Lucas is nowhere near dead,” Seth reported to me, and I frowned at him. “Where have you been hiding? Inside some sort of cave? Where is Katarina? What about the vampire? Most importantly, how are you still living and breathing?”“Do not bombard me with questions just yet, Seth,” I scolded him sternly, and he surprisingly went mute. “I already told you that I’m here to have a conversation with you, so bear in mind that I also have questions of my own.”“What do you want?” He demanded, and I could see the skepticism in his eyes.
