“None” I replied calmly, but within me, I was a spoiled, dangerous roller coaster, I am five weeks pregnant! I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. How's that possible? Hidden pregnancy. Where did that come from?

Helen wasn't a hidden one, I had carried a very heavy load that everyone thought I'd birth twins, but just Helen came out, so what does the doctor mean by hidden pregnancy, Cryptic pregnancy?
