What the fuck made Jerry come to the residence so early? I had angrily sent him off when he came disrupting my business with Grace. Now, the girl had refused to come out. Even after telling her that I had covered her, so Jerry didn't see a thing, she still didn't open up for me. I wondered when I'd get another chance.

Thanks to Helen, I had asked her to go get her mother and, like magic, I saw the girl come out a few minutes later. Her face was red, making me want to chuckle, but I tried not to, so she wouldn't run into hiding again.

As much as I wanted to speak to her during breakfast, I didn't. Of course, I wanted her, but I also had a meeting with Vincent and Jerry, thanks to Jerry for the reminder.

I didn't eat much before I stood up from the dining, made my way to my study where the two men had assembled and waiting for me.

My meeting with them, I've planned to make it as brief as possible, as I have an unfinished business with Grace.
