Davis's POV

“Ahhh!” Grace screamed as I expertly maneuvered my way to pass some cars that had their horns on just to remind me that I was driving a busy road at him.

“Fuck!” I cussed when I tried to make my way through the cars.

When I finally got to safety, I quickly parked at the side of the road and turned off the engine.

“Davis, do you want to kill me!” Grace screamed so loudly, I eyed her. Ignoring her scream, I asked,

“What did you say a while ago?”

“I said stop killing”

“Not that” I waved my hand in front of my face, brushing that away.

“What then?” She asked, folding her hands across her chest.

“What is it you think about when you speak to yourself,” I asked

“And I said it was you. Was that why you wanted to kill me?”

“I'm sorry” I didn't know when the words came out of my mouth, but I could tell that she wanted an apology. Grace always wants an apology.

“You've been doing it quite a lot” I pointed out and she glared,
