Where is Caroline?

Grace's POV

“Where is Caroline? I asked you to come with her”

The smile on my face shifted into an emotionless face. No matter how many years have passed, the pain remains. And somehow I still blamed Father for what happened that night too. He had children, and he abandoned them for so many years. He doesn't even deserve my audience.

“Aren't we going to order something?” I asked him, ignoring his question. It wasn't like I wasn't going to answer the question, but I was hungry already.

The man was dressed like a billionaire, he should be able to order one or two foods for his pregnant daughter, shouldn't he?

“I can pay for your meals, but your so-called husband will have to pay for his own food”
