Jullius tried to open his eyes. His whole body felt incredibly sore. Jullius still couldn't remember what had happened. He was still in denial. But, the bad memories couldn't be erased, whether he liked it or not. The memories came flooding back to him, creating furrows on his forehead, fear clearly visible on his face.

“No, father!” he murmured, still with his eyes closed, as if he were dreaming.

“No, Mother!” His head moved from side to side quickly, a sign of his distress.

His eyes shot open wide, and Jullius immediately sat up. His hand jerked, causing the infusion needle stuck in his wrist to come out forcefully. It was so rough that blood began to flow from the needle mark, staining the thin sheet covering his body and seeping into the mattress beneath him.
