Was it this easy?

I sat in the room full of darkness hearing the ticking of the clock in the distance which also matched my heartbeat. Not just once it nor twice it just became the daily routine of mine. 

Waiting for you as the day turns into the night, either you locked yourself in the basement or out of the house. 

The night just break my heart when you walked in with a man inside the house with your arm around him. I just silently stood by the end of the hall holding the glass in my hand as it shattered into the pieces. When you walked into the basement with him as it just kept on dripping on the floor. 

The next day you behaved as if nothing happened at all I thought we shared everything with each other. Even the smallest part but which just led to the part the biggest thing was kept hidden from each other. 

The things started to fade right in front of my eyes as I held the brush in my hand with the incomplete
