TEDDY BEAR GAME

Marie was walking to her house with fear since her dad was walking in an angry way which looked as if he was waiting for her to return home from the party, and she was in some sort of trouble. That thought came to her mind because that is how it had happened in the past. Delilah had given her enough reasons to be scared of something or the other as she did nothing else but complain about her to Mr. Jones.

“Why are you coming home so late?” Mr. Jones questioned her as soon as she reached the main gate. He opened the gate after he gave her a welcome like that.

“Dad, I am not so late. Maybe a little because of the power cut in the hall, but it is still not that late,” Marie replied feeling guilty for having gone to the party in the first place.

Her parents were not open-minded enough to accept that she had gone to a boy-girl party. She should have known that and not asked her dad for his permission to begin with.
