Leandro plopped into the sofa, the sound of Hayden's car driving out of the mansion filling his ears.

Pushing his fingers into his hair, Leandro pulled at it and growled at himself. He wished he had chosen to die twelve years ago, he wished he had chosen not to do what he had done.

But all of it had happened already and there was no remedy anymore. The next person to die could be one of his guards or the maids in the mansion.

Any of them could fall and just die, their hair turning white as life left them. Leandro felt cold air all around him and he gripped his hair tighter, almost pulling it off his scalp.

His forehead was covered with beads of sweats even though he felt cold at the same time. He had been waiting for the curse for so many years but still it scared him this much when it finally happened.

The Pack was going to come at him soon and they were going to demand him to find a solution to their problems and prevent them all from dying.
