The Heat

Larisa locked the door of her apartment behind her and struggled not to break down totally in tears.

Why was she hurt, though? She knew he was like this so why did it hurt her heart when he showed himself to her?

She brushed away the few tears that had trickled down.

Maybe she was hurt because for a moment, she had thought he was not the monster she called him?

The glued picture, his face when he saved her from drowning. It had made her think of him as less of a monster but now she had her affirmation.

He was and still remained a monster.

Larisa sat on the sofa in the room and held her head in her hands. The two weeks was quickly running out and now she had to leave his side.

She could not even get him to have sex with her when she was beside him. How was it going to be possible when she was away from him?

But Larisa understood that she had no choice right now. She either had to go home or go to the moon mansion.

Going home was just not an option at all. She had a slight chance a
