CHARITY POVA plan ride to Edinburgh, a train ride to Wick, and then another two-hour drive to our destination. We’re so deep into Scotland that I couldn’t spot it on a map, but Goddess is it crazy beautiful. Soft, fluffy snow covers the hills, the locks frozen, and yet it’s breathtaking.
