An unfamiliar place

I had a strange dream, I was floating in space. I looked different, I sounded different, and I wasn’t pregnant anymore.

I scanned my environment, but I could only see darkness. It was like a dark cloud covering the sky like a blanket. I was alone where I was, but I could hear voices echoing from a distance.

Panic surged through me as I tried to process what was going on. My breaths became unsteady, I felt the wind pull me down, while I struggled to stop myself from falling. I was so afraid to fall because I thought if I did, that would be the end, so I held still.
