Jacinthe sniffed in her tears as the policemen made her kneel before Annabel. Annabel didn't even know what to do with her.

“How on earth? Why would you try to kill me?” Annabel snapped.

“I wasn't planning to kill you, Anna. I never meant for all this to happen. I just…” She sighed as tears rolled down her cheeks. “I just wanted to get you scared.”

“By messing with the brakes of the car I was supposed to use?” Annabel asked.

“Messing with which brakes? I didn't mess with the brakes. I only sobataged the seat of the car so it would turn you over when you sit.” She answered.

“Lies!” The female police who stood with them spanked the back of her head.

Jacinthe winced in pain. “You've got to believe me.” She cried.

Annabel shook her head. “Just tell me one thing I did to you that made you do this. Just give me one reason why you would do something like this. I know we don't get along and we have beef at times, but messing with the brakes of a car I was supposed to use is extreme. Wantin
