"When did you learn to cook?" she asked.

Thaddeus raised an eyebrow, honestly replying, "Just recently. I learned from Lana."

His answer naturally led Jessamine to think that he had done his homework to be a good father, which added a few more points to his role as "daddy" in her mind.
