Dax grinned broadly as he walked in, and his eyes examined Izabella's hand. The clothes she was wearing caught his attention, a hospital gown.

"So, you got your ring back..." He sighed in apparent relief.

Prince Dreksil did as Dax said and examined Izabella's hand.

"Hmm." He seemed pleased with what she had accomplished and nodded as if to affirm that she could move an object. "Maybe there's something else you can do."

"It was Dax who showed me how to do it," Izabella said—and sent a cheery glance at the young prince.

"Are you positive it was him?" Prince Dreksil retched forth some obscene words. "So, I did nothing?"

Izabella's gaze met the Prince of Chronos eyes. Although his outward appearance was undoubtedly appealing, Aleksander's face she longed to gaze at. There was a void in her life that he filled.

"Are you saying I can't see Aleksander at this location?" Immediately, a furrow formed in her temple. Her dissatisfaction was apparent.
