The week and the weekend rolled in quite quickly. Ruby was immersed in her college assignments and Luke spent most of the time at the office. But he made sure that he gave some time to Ruby. It seemed like they had grown a little closer than before. They spent some time at night, just talking about casual things. And sometimes Luke told her about what was happening at the company.

On a fresh morning, Luke and Ruby were seated at the dining table while Rosa was preparing their breakfast. "Are you done with the assignments? You are working last night as well," Luke asked her after he was done scrolling through his phone. Ruby nodded her head, "Yeah, everything is done. I have to submit it today. Then I will be free for a week or so. Then again after the assessment, they will give more assignments and projects." Luke hummed, "Yeah, we had that as well. Gabriel almost dropped out of the university because of t
