Chapter 33 – Hospital visit
A week after they get back from the vacation, Andrea asked when they should schedule the hospital visit for the check-up. Wayne tensed up after hearing her question. It amused her a little. She didn’t think he would be worried about it.
“How about on Friday? Are you free, then?”
“Alright. Remind Tina to clear my schedule. I might forget.”
Her smile widened. How can you forget? It’s more likely that you’ll intentionally not tell her so you have your excuse.
She immediately dialed Tina’s personal number and told her about it. Wayne was frowning at her as he changed his clothes into corporate wear.
“I’ll call her again in the office. Should I make the appointment?” She quickly looked up her usual hospital and checked the contact information. She could be very efficient when she wanted to.
He sighed as he buttoned up his shirt. “Go ahead.”
