Chapter 36: The World of Augustus

Augustus opened his eyes, around him was a world as dark as the night sky, he looked around, feeling the cold and loneliness. He remembered that he was in the cave with Sharmaine. The great power in Augustus was still not under his control.

In the dark space, a silver light appeared. Augustus followed a hunch to go to the source of that light. What was emitting light was a silver half heart. Augustus reached out his hand to touch that half of the heart, his eyes were hazy, this is Neva's heart, one of the primordial powers of vampires.

Augustus felt the rays of light traveling through his body, traveling through his veins.
