STEFAN’S POV.I got to Melissa’s house, but her door was shut tight, and so, I decided to pass through the window. I rushed to her room, only to find the demon about to pierce her. I growled and charged at it.The demon looked at me and then left Melissa, then also charged at me. It was a cruel fight between us and I had gotten several injuries from it, and it was weakening me by the second. I knew I had to kill it before I dropped dead or something. MELISSA’S POV.“Oh no! I didn't make it?” I said as I found myself back in the ghost house. The little bottle had probably dissipated, since I wasn't able to get the child's tears. How certain am I that I can pass the others? Does it mean I'll be here until I grow old? Until forever? Oh, no! What did I get myself into?“Alright. MELISSA’S POV.I gulped down my saliva in fear. Surrendering right now was a theory I had to try out, risking my life. I really hoped that I was right, as I didn't want to die right here, without living the kind of life I want.
