Chapter 68: Sworn Enemy

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Sitting proud, mighty and arrogant, as if he was the emperor from the late dynasties, Alpha Lackan, looked down at his subordinates whose head was lowered, and they were polite when it came to talking with Alpha.

“Alpha Ingrid was already on his way, Alpha.” His subordinate politely yet cautiously reported. He didn't even dare to raise his head, for fear of angering the Alpha.

Alpha Lackan just snorted but he didn't say anything more nor get angry, which made his subordinates relieved.

After a few minutes of waiting, seeing that Alpha Ingrid hadn't arrived yet, blue veins had started to appear on his forehead, throbbing and pulsating. His eyes were as dark as the abyss and his face was starting to get red.

“Damn it! Why the hell hasn't he arrived yet?! He got some guts in letting his father, the Alpha, wait for his arrival!” He angrily laughed while clenching his fist and, at the same time, he was trying to calm down his nerves otherwise he would lose another of his
