Chapter 33

I went back inside and grabbed some things for where we were going since Elena took a while looking for her hood.

She came outside and I entered the car to start it. She entered the car too and we drove off. It wasn’t late yet, the time was just around to four o’clock. Our hoods were kept on because we didn’t want anyone to notice us.

“War” she said to herself but I heard her loud and clear, “yes, a war that we are going to win” I replied and her and she was shocked that I heard her. “How did you hear what I said, did I say it out loud?” She asked and I chuckled. “No you said it to yourself and I heard you say it, simple” I replied her mouth formed an ‘oh’ shape and she nodded.

“So where are we going?” She asked, I didn’t want to tell her since it was somewhere special to me. “It’s a mystery so you’ll just wait to find out” I replied her and smiled. “I can’t wait to see it” she said and I laughed at her little excitement.
