SCARLET POV

It had been forty-eight hours and I was still reminiscing about the whole encounter with Raphael Batista. My hands still trembled just thinking about how he'd bypassed my whole security team and gotten right into my room.

Antonov had wanted to travel back once he got the report but a firm refusal from me and promises to keep more bodyguards placated him enough to let him stay back with Elde.

The only thing left now for me to turn off my mind because every time I closed my eyes, Raphael's crazy icy stare assailed my senses.

"Goddamn it. This is going nowhere" I groaned, dragging my hand through my hair when the door to my office flung open and Margo marched in, the whole aura about her screaming righteous indignation.

Margo got to my desk and then slammed the memorandum I'd ordered to be distributed around each office onto it.
