CHAPTER 46

ERIC’S POV

"Did you know about the kids?" I asked her and there was sudden silence in the room

If there was anyone I knew like the back of my hand, that would be my mother. She was never a type of person to hesitate. Whatever she have going on in her mind, she is going to come right out and spit it.

And now that she is choosing to hesitate, then I know very well that there is some kind of foul play in this. She definitely knew about kids but what I don’t seems to fathom is why she decided to keep that to herself.

Does she think I was going to try to do something to hurt them in any kind of way. The fact that I reject their mother doesn’t in anyway necessarily mean I automatically reject anything that will have to do with her.

These kids are a fruit of my own labour too and no way in hell am I ever going to reject them no matter how much I do away with their mother. And the fact that my mother doesn’t know me well enough to know this really hurt my feeling in some way but
