Alpha Eric's POV

I went for the phone, opened it and saw that it was a text from Sophie. With a murmur, I opened the text and felt anger run through my body the moment I read the message.

“You have until three days to agree to my request, and if you don't, you know what would happen.'' I read it out as my entire body throbbed with anger.

With a grunt, I left the couch, slightly opened the door and left the room. I went back to my room, dialed her number and waited for it to be picked.

“How dare you?” I yelled the moment the call was picked.

“Oh please, don't use such tones on me.” she replied with no atom of fear, different from the submissive Sophie I knew.

“You dare threaten me.” I yelled.

“Call it whatever you want, it's either you agree to my terms or you will never see your son again, and so you know, he already has weird abilities, and you know what that means.” she added.
