Katie Clyde turned around swiftly and yelled "what the hell did you say, Rose?"

Rose retorted "yeah, pretend you didn't hear me, just two days in office, he has decided to make you a manager in another branch, can you explain this?"

Katie Clyde chuckled "you are just fucking jealous, I am not in the mood to talk to you"

She said and walked away directly, Rose snorted coldly.

Jack Rich was surprised that Katie Clyde brought Pascal to the company, a knock came at the door.

"Come in, Katie" Jack Rich invited her in.

She stepped in "sorry for not being here earlier"

Jack Rich smiled "there is no need for an apology, you received the call yesterday, didn't you?"

Katie Clyde didn't reveal excitement anymore "I do, sir, there is a question I would love to ask, hope you won't be offended by it"

Jack Rich nodded and urged her to go ahead "why me? you barely know me, it is just a few days, and you put your trust in me, even going to the extent of handling another branch to me"
